These terms outline the rules for using ThesisPublisher.my. By using our platform to read, review, or submit academic work, you agree to follow them.

1. Accounts and Access

You need an account to submit papers, perform reviews, or access premium content. Use your real name and institution. Don't share your login details. If we find out you are using someone else's account, we will suspend it.

2. Copyright and Licensing

If you publish under our Open Access tier, you keep your copyright under a Creative Commons (CC BY) license. This means anyone can read and share your work, as long as they credit you. If you choose the Premium publishing route, you grant us an exclusive license to distribute the work commercially, but you can still share the accepted manuscript on your personal website or institutional repository.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

We use Stripe to handle all payments. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel them before the billing cycle ends. We do not offer refunds for partial months if you cancel early. For Article Processing Charges (APCs), you pay only after your paper is accepted.

4. Platform Rules

Do not scrape our site. We provide data feeds and APIs for institutions—contact us if you need bulk access. Attempting to bypass our paywalls, spamming our editors, or manipulating citation metrics will result in a permanent ban.

5. Liability

We host academic research, but we do not endorse the opinions expressed in the articles. We do our best to maintain the platform, but we are not liable if the site goes down temporarily or if a bug affects your submission timeline.
